Site Agreements

Agreements are set up so that your site captures a record of users agreeing to your organization's policies while proceeding through the PowerDetails system (see Terms of service). 

To set up site agreements, hover over Advanced, then Site Config on the top menu bar and click Agreements. Click the appropriate tab. Make any changes you want to the agreement in the text field and click Save.

Employer and Personnel Login Agreements

Administrators are responsible for setting terms of service for employers and personnel. Employers and personnel must agree to these terms in order to access the system. Here’s an example of an employer login agreement:

Employer Registration Agreement

Under the help menu, administrators can copy a Registration Request link to place on their website. Prospective businesses can then visit the link to submit the content for their employer profile. The language placed in the Employer Registration Agreement will appear on this registration form so businesses understand the policies involved in working with your agency.

Personnel Job Application Agreements

When employees sign up as primary or backups for details, they will see a message they must agree to in order to confirm their placement on the job. An example of an Apply Primary agreement is shown below.

Cancel Pending Agreement

Employees see this agreement when they cancel from a job within the Restricted Cancellation Time Frame . An example of the Cancel Pending agreement is shown below.

Invoice Comment

This can be a general comment you would like to display on the bottom all invoices generated in the system. An example of an invoice comment would be something like:

Please submit payments in deputy's name in care of the
Example County Sheriff’s Office

Attn: Jane Doe, P.O. Box 1234, Orlando, FL  55555-0000

Thank you for the opportunity to assist you with your security needs.

Note: Invoice Comments can be modified on individual invoices when needed.

Threshold Comment

This comment appears when personnel have refreshed a job page too many times per your Site settings limitations (See Fairness Tools for more information about refresh thresholds). An example threshold comment is:

Sorry, but you may only refresh this page five times every 30 seconds. Please wait a while and try again.
